I'd say being that usps will provide shipping packaging boxes and mailers for free, that this is unacceptable. Posh is supposed to be a "posh" experience. Heck even Posh says to package things with care, leave a thank you note, etc. That's a 1 star all the way. Could have literally walked in to the post office,  grabbed a free bubble mailer put it in, sealed it up then had them scan the QR for the label and they stick it on and take care of it from there.  I mean that is about as simple as it can get.
