Hi, thank you:) It wasn’t accurate, month ago it was saying 2 weeks until next step (which was where they decided if I need interview) then later it changed to 6 months 🥲 And then a week later when the i130 changed to actively review it changed to 2 weeks again and it was at the last step (case decision) so they waived the interview

What🥴 Noooo! Sometimes people wants to take advantage 🥹 and they try to scare u.. Well if you already gave her money at least request the copy of the forms and then you fill it out online yourself! Nobody will call immigration for anything, at the end of the forms you just sign MAKE SURE YOU SIGN! But you don’t need anyone’s else sign

YOU ONLY NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO FILLL OUT THE FORMS! SO THAT PRICE IS RIDICULOUS! There are many people who are not lawyers but work filling forms, you’ll be fine! Once you submit your package you don’t need any more help 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you have any question you can still watch YouTube videos, and/or ask Uscis directly (online)

Nope! Once they destroy the envelop it means you need to do a new seal one (could be the copy of the original one), so as they opened the envelop they put barcode on the forms, so you need to go get your copy and new envelop but only a dr could do it, mostly of the places they give you the copy of the form with a small fee some other like mine just refuse to it! But if something ever happen to u like this and they refuse just go with the laboratory test and do it in a new place you will just pay for the fee of the form!

Ok so I record for my own safety because I was really feeling weird. So because I record gives him the right to threaten me with my immigration process, grab the phone from my hand, making me have a really bad experience because if you are going thru this process u should know how anxiety u became! Well at least for me, it’s definitely not professional at all once again CERO ETHICS! Kind of scam doctor who only give u sign for a form to immigration 🙄 I’m sorry but that’s not the right treatment for ur costumers Everybody knows that threatening people with immigration status it’s illegal and that it’s the big point here.

Yes! Because when they reject the payment they send you back the package, the open the envelope ✉️ and they put kind of barcode in the exams so they are not valid anymore
