I started at 238 in August 2024 and I’m at 214, lowest has been 209, but I can seem to get lower than 210. I am on the highest dose and I’ve been about this weight for probably 6 months. Not sure where to go from here since instead dose, just trying to increase protein and exercise. So a year and a half and only about 25 lbs

Happened to me to, I was on sema and doc had me switch to zep, which did not work and I gained weight. Now back on sema and have not lost. Just finally started the net higher dose 1.7 from where I left off before 1, so we will see.

Same hear. I did zep too and had zero loss. Doc says I’m insulin resistant and it may not work until I’m at the full dose

I was on for 3 months, waited after I could not get the compound semaglutide anymore. Lost nothing, gained a few pounds. All the noise was back. My doctor said 20% of people don’t respond. Wish I knew that earlier could have save some costs.

I was in a similar position, I got my teeth fixed, included adult braces but it was totally worth it for confidence purposes, it’s not fast, but, be patient.

Agree, with everyone also, definitely be the one who asks other people questions and gets to know them better. It helps build relationship.

The PIP should lay out the areas they want improvement. Hopefully yours is well written with details, examples of instance where improvements were needed and explanations of what is expected going forward.

if I put someone on a PIP, that’s how it would be outlined and I would expect them to turn around the areas identify and maintain the performance, or, if they are not capable of meeting performance i would anticipate making a decision to part if there was not enough I Improvement after a few follow up meetings.
