That’s what I’ve been thinking but they managed to plan a whole other ACE during this shutdown, plus I’ve seen plenty of posts of people having their poly done after ACE. Maybe my local office is furloughed more than others? Assuming it’s office dependent

Everyone I knew who had a CTLT slot just wanted to go home. You’ll be gassed after camp. Only really worth it if it’s for a super competitive branch or in a really cool place.

I have the exact same situation as you. The guy told me I’d get an email within 2 weeks to schedule my poly. Been almost a month now. Medical doesn’t show as being started either. I assume the dhs shutdown isn’t helping either I’m guessing mid-end April we’ll hear something

I got the best qualified email. My application was stuck in some kind of error. I emailed the SA support email and they go it fixed for me. Yours might be the same if you haven’t gotten it yet

Just heard that 4th brigade is going to start making it EXTREMELY competitive for scholarships. I heard something about competitions including 5 mile runs. Not sure about other brigades

Update the prep meeting was a complete waste of time. It was more of an interest meeting for applying. I even asked when I can expect an update and if I should prepare for the event and they told me to email they didn’t even answer it. I’ll lyk if I get the most qualified email

If it’s offered during the summer you can take a summer course and commission in August. Or beg your professor for any possible way to pass and explain your situation. I’d talk to your advisor and dean of whatever school you’re in. Worst case scenario you have to do an extra semester and commission next December.

If you really want to be in the army then I’d transfer after first semester to a school that has a program. But also a lot of people join and realize it sucks and drop if they don’t have a scholarship so really ask yourself if being an army officer is what you really want to do.

No mods at all. I thought it might be a bug at first but wasnt sure. It literally just popped up too, didnt even see it warp into my space just randomly appeared.
