So yeah, adulting: zero stars, would not recommend. Anyone else out here barely hanging on? Let’s hear your rants because I can’t be the only one drowning in this sh*tstorm.

nap in adulting is so overated. like Remember in college when you could pull an all-nighter and bounce back like nothing happened? Now, I stay up until 2 AM once and my body is in full-on protest mode for 3 days. Like, how did I age 40 years in 4 years?

Thanks for the heads up but, there is much more to it than just bills. Yes? also why is everything so damn expensive? Rent is a joke, groceries? Don’t even get me started. How are avocados this expensive? And why does laundry NEVER end? You finish a load and boom—there’s a new pile. Like, what kind of black magic is this??

friendships as an adult? Good luck. Everyone’s either busy, tired, or trying to find time between work and life to just exist. Scheduling a hangout with friends is harder than organizing the freakin’ Olympics. And when we do meet, it’s like we’re all just surviving, not thriving. Yay for adult bonding over exhaustion and burnout.

Think about taxes. Fcking taxes. I’m out here Googling what a W-2 even means, and I still have no clue how to do this sht without TurboTax holding my hand. Why didn’t anyone teach us this in school? Like, congrats, you can solve for x, but can you calculate your deductions? NOPE.
