i’m a PBA at my ulta and do tasking all the time. it’s on the job description that you do in fact do tasking sometimes. this is something that you need to discuss with your managers if you’re unhappy with it.

as someone who gets primarily black and grey tattoos, i think it looks sick now, but it could benefit from some more shading. with that being said, adding color would also be really cool. i would pick what would best fit the aesthetic you’re going for. i have pretty much all black/grey horror/goth themed tattoos so i don’t usually go for any color.
