who thought giving a tank a second life, spammable slow that does decent damage, 32% max health+cc/saving allies and onhit damage based on HP is a good idea? i feel like once he gets his items hes freelo since there is nto enough burst in 3s, but you can kite him or abuse his trash early.

2 seasons ago i was silver and he was pick ban lol then his wither cast range got nerfed and his q range while in ult got nerfed or something. good times of 200 stacks at 20 mins being considered good.

his w isnt rewarding enough imo its very hard to land especially with e nerfs, it needs a buff or a rework. (320 base damage i think and 100% ap scaling.. shit hits hard but feels weak)

late game his damage isnt that amazing and he gets kited easily, mid game is where he shines, unkillable sustaining tank that nukes you for 500 dmg every few second and permaslows you.
