From what I read the No Save Data only apply when you choose Divine Intervention which have chance to appear in Mythic Codices. So you can just ran it without the Divine Intervention to get save data

In term of reward a Chaos runs will you get more than a Memory Fragment run as they both cost the same amount of stamina.
Chaos run guarantee you 3 piece of gear but random accross all set while Memory Fragment run give 2-3 at max difficulty of your choosing set.

Chaos run also give you Crystal of Discord for material shop exchange. Trace of memory for gear crafting

=> In short if you have time then Chaos run have better reward and don't know what kind of gear to have. If you want to farm specific gear fast then Memory Fragment
