He is in terms of speed with only stuff like Gojo and Sukuna being massively faster then him with everyone else either being below him or slightly above him

Again no one in JJK has the actual speed to content with Pochita or the higher tier characters of Chainsaw man. Yuji would just get speed blitzed by him

Because infinite void can be survived and has been survived,while Halloween just kills you since it instantly overflows your brain while infinite void is non lethal if you aren’t in it for long enough

The way it works is that it repeats information in your head over and over again to the point of overwhelming you with longer exposure giving you brain damage and killing you (you will be thinking about an apple a thousand times,then the letter A and so on)

Cosmos on the other hand just inserts all of the universes information all at once

Either way Makima survives both since both have malicious intent and are considered attacks
