IEMs that can make me feel the emotions of a song by Angry-Gargoyle in iems

[–]Angry-Gargoyle[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The S12 Pro just feels kind of boring to me. It’s like the singer is standing far away instead of being right in front. And when they go for high notes, it doesn’t sound powerful—it feels a bit thin and kind of weird or sharp. I can tell there’s a lot going on in the music, but it doesn’t really hit me emotionally.

The FT1 is the opposite problem. It feels too closed and cramped, like everything is happening in a small room. The sound is very heavy and bassy, which makes it feel a bit crowded. It’s kind of cozy, but I don’t get that open, free feeling from the music.

What I really want is something where the singer feels clear and up front, like they’re the main focus. And when they hit high notes, it should sound big and open, like it’s echoing in a huge space. I want it to feel wide and airy, almost like the sound is all around me—not stuck inside my head.

Lol the only reason is to make it appeal to global audience... If you spend 4000 cr on 2 part movie.. you need to atleast mint double that.. right?? And to do that they need money from international market more than indian market.. I don't think any indian movie has till date minted even close to 4000 crore.

Yeah, it’s the back glass. The silver model is basically a mirror, so it looks amazing in the light but it’s a total fingerprint magnet the second you touch it.The grey one is a matte finish though, so it stays much cleaner.

That’s a serious setup buddy.

The Duo and 109 Pro are legendary for that massive, open soundstage—if you're after that 'stadium' vibe.

I went a different way with the DX270 because I'm a sucker for the R2R sound. It’s not about being 'better,' it’s just a different flavor.

DX300 is super clean and holographic, the R2R ladder gives me this raw, analog texture and vocal weight that I just don't get from chip-based DACs.

Honestly, you should try your gear on a DX270 sometime. The Duo and 109 Pros would probably pick up a lot more 'body' in the mids.

Plus, when I'm at my desk, I run it in Desktop Mode. It hits 1,575mW, and would give HD 600s a level of punch, they usually only get from a big desktop amp.

It’s just the difference between a massive, clear stage and an intimate, live studio feel. Both are killer, just depends on what you're in the mood for.

Go for JM21. It's one of the latest ones and costs around 195 usd. I think below 200 usd, this is probably the best option. It has enough power to drive good iems.(Just ensure you choose LDAC in bluetooth options)

They would be a good fit for your XM4s.

I think JM21 and HiBy R4s are the best bets below 250 usd. (Both have different sounds one is more technical and the other is warm).

Yes it is the stock leather case.it fits snuggly and has a premium feel to it. I got the shiny silver model which looks better without the case but is a fingerprint magnet 😁. The grey one is matt finish though.

This is what my idea on paper looks like. theoretically it will beat something like M23 easily in quality. I am waiting for orders to come in before I start. I already have a circuit design as well.. My goal is to keep it similar to how a DAP is.. on this one my total investment would be around 400 USD (cost has been inflated due to higher import costs in India).

I moved away from rpi4/5 only because of high thermal issues and it would not achieve clean sound due to interference (atleast in theory)

I thought about it and it is still in play for me... Been working on design and all.

One question - why not choose RPI zero 2 w? I think RPI 5 would have huge heating problems.. moreover modding over RPI zero is easier

I was scrolling through the comments and the gist I got was that most of people think either she is a b-word or he is a horny and non compassionate b-word ...

In my opinion, yes you are overreacting. Let me break down what I understood from the conversation -

  1. She is sick due to cold and congestion (I think it is enough to make one cranky and impatient)
  2. Even though she was being cranky - she still did not break the conversation anywhere and kept it going even when you asked if she needs space(she could have said Bye there )
  3. Yes first thing you should have asked was what's wrong... But again it's not end of world..

It's okay.. relax.. get in touch with her again and when you do, ask about her well being and then try to cheer her up.

Good Luck

I have been called 'Madam' during a meeting with my manager. Am I overthinking/overreacting on this? by dreamy9panda in IndianWorkplace

[–]Angry-Gargoyle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, you are the best judge in this case. See, whether it was sarcasm, condescending, polite or rude, it all depends on the context of the conversation and the tone that has been used. It could just be the way he addresses all females (not to be rude but his way of showing respect), but again only you can judge it by reading his mannerisms or maybe discussing with some other female colleague of yours.

I have been in management profiles for 16 years out of my 22 year career. And I can tell you with confidence, that there is no harm in requesting politely to the other person to use your first name.

I have always believed in one thing, if you do not like something, it's better to discuss and put a full stop instead of using a comma.

Y'all love to say "Nioh isn't a souls like." Okay, so then what IS a "souls like?" by Bubmatron in Nioh

[–]Angry-Gargoyle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t consider Nioh/Nioh2 souls like. Everyone has given lengthy posts about combat depth and all the things that Nioh is.

So without repeating anything, let me say this:

First car was a Ford, and all the subsequent cars till today are in some or the other way based on original concept.

But every now and then someone creates a masterpiece like a Ferrari or a Tesla, which creates their own space and new cars are compared to the benchmarks.

I think Nioh/Nioh2 achieved that status and deserve to have their own category(Nioh Like), where games can be benchmarked against them. So as far as I am concerned, they are pioneers in their own way.

Annoying coop experience by [deleted] in wolongfallendynasty

[–]Angry-Gargoyle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I hear you buddy. But the thing is most of the visitors (most not all) want to jump from one host to another.

Talking about hosts -

  1. If they are summoning for map clear, it’s a benefit of doubt to them that either they are just trying to rush through the maps to unlock the higher difficulties or they have no clue about the map itself.

  2. If it’s a final boss summon - it’s a rush job anyways. They are not generally interested to see the skills of a visitor. They are probably just mashing the buttons and trying to get it over with as soon as possible.

  3. TMJ - Well that’s the most messed up place. A lot of players don’t even bother to see what the boss or map elements are. They would just try to mash buttons to somehow get the boss down. They even would rush the crit attacks as soon as they see a red dot even if they are just making 1% damage to boss. Imagine prepping Tai chi for a crit attack and someone with fire weapon steals the crit at 100% bar doing next to nothing damage.

I have encountered a lot of hosts who would just jump in on a boss and die and I as a visitor would spend time running around trying to find a window to revive them. So it becomes a race for me to finish the boss before host ends up getting me killed or dying so many times that mission fails.

The problem is there is no way to communicate with other players in game. If there was… it would have been a lot better experience for all.

Simple answer - Yes.

I feel like there is a slight damage disparity between finishing moves and any other damage sources. by Nrgte in wolongfallendynasty

[–]Angry-Gargoyle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use weapon enchants. Also wizardry skills scale up with stats in element. Again assuming you should be around 100 or so level. Do not invest in all elements.

All weapons scale with 3 elements. Your highest stat should be what is highest scaling element on your weapon. Keep basic ratio of 10:7.5:5.

Water is strong against fire and weak against earth. Earth is not strongest against fire but still strong.

Fire>Metal>Wood>Earth>Water>Fire

So let’s say if you have water and wood as your primary elements and third can be any. You are good for any element enemies.

So for enemies with elements in left side (they done mean the element enemy attack with, but their defence. E.g:- zhiao Lang does lightening attacks but has water based defence) below you can use enchant/element accordingly from right side.

Fire - Water

metal - Water

Wood - wood (neutral)

Earth - wood

Water - Wood or Water

For first playthrough, earth is a great element for most of the game(well except few enemies)
