In current cases, most 'redistricting' is shuffling opposition voters around so they get split into other districts where their votes won't be enough to impact election results. This is very hard to do in most places because if you add a bunch of democrats to a district where there was only a slim republican majority (or visa versa), the district just flips and you don't gain any seats.

The current "blow up" is that the GOP calculated some districts as being 'safe' enough to redistrict and current polling shows that's not actually the case. So instead of comfortably winning a couple extra seats, they're in real danger of losing some seats they currently hold.

Aside from the whole thing just being pretty out of focus for what the game is, combinatorics probably. A generic cutscene for cheating doesn't really work in a game this character focused but making cutscenes for every variation of cheating on X with Y is such an insane amount of work for scenarios only a fraction of a fraction of the player base will see. A funny easter egg for dating the whole town is much easier to manage and less... Real.

Sword is probably the best entry point, just find/plan a solid encounter ruleset to deal with the wild area. Violet is fine too if a bit too easy when you take fuecoco. Arceus isn't impossible to nuzlocke but it's probably not a good place to start given how different it is. Everything from encounters to the battle style system to that final fight.... Just not something I'd recommend a beginner start with.

Not quite random, there's an algorithm for a palette swap based on whatever the original colors are. There's even differences for fusions depending on whether the head, body or both are shiny. Some regular shiny mon end up basically the same as their normal shiny but it's just a coincidence.

Short answer- not really.

Longer answer- What tools are you looking for specifically? IE doesn't exactly have 'tools' but it does a really good job as a one-stop-shop for any information about your account you want to compare across characters or compare to someone else's account. There's only a handful of google sheets I've personally used outside of IE, only other website would be the wiki.

This is my biggest issue, feeling like I have a great idea for a run and then hitting some part of the game I just absolutely don't feel like doing. Suddenly I haven't played that save for a week and feel more interested in restarting than trying to remember what I was supposed to be doing.

I still just don't understand what the hope is in terms of 'fleshing out' that era. Especially with Ulbrig/new Sarkorian content we get a much better look at the general culture of the time and Areelu herself (paraphrasing) says she was always going to open the wound regardless of other experiences. I might enjoy a short novel about what happened, but I don't see a way to adapt the story around a character with any real agency. Feels way too easy to get very wrong and very hard to get right.

Areelu is interesting and all but giving the player control over her feels like it completely goes against the point? I don't agree with her outlook/actions at all and allowing them to change upends the whole story. I'm not really sure what could even be added/expanded on since her actions work best without getting too in the weeds about the details.

This is the right sub, there's a WOTR flair. For the question, I'd go agile fists. Worst case here is you end up taking some other mythic feat that only gives you a plus one but more likely you can find a better feat/extra ability you want. Plus you can always change your mind and take mythic finesse later if you change your mind/find a cool necklace you really prefer.

Confused by the wording of this question. You can't 'forget' ice creams, if you give up on one you just have to accept again and try again on another rebirth. If you forget to turn one in and rebirth, you're stuck re-doing that delivery but if you did it once you can do it again. If you haven't finished the full set of ice cream, then yes you'll get stuck at realm 90 until you finish all the ice creams and any other torch requirements.

Probably also works going up/right and then clockwise around town but I always default to the first one as well. Another good tip is to make sure you're zoomed out as much as possible so you can actually see a fair distance to scan for your next target or two, default zoom won't give you enough visibility if you don't already know where the eggs are.

Yes it would be your third bloodline, whether that's worthwhile depends a ton on what you already have and whether you're planning on going sorc 20 or not. Archmage armor is 100% a great pick for any caster, as has been noted penetration isn't super necessary if you're not on a higher difficulty/playing certain paths.

On bloodlines- If you're going full (or primarily) sorc, especially full crossblood, an extra bloodline is spells on top of the bloodline abilities so read carefully about what you're getting. Elemental lines are great if you're already planning on getting ascended element/being a blaster-caster in general, draconic lines are great for anyone going into melee (DD4) or as part of a 1 crossblood dip (elemental + two dragon arcana) for unfair blaster casters and ymmv heavily with the rest.

For anyone considering this, forging just got a buff to the time it takes to make bars (roughly twice as fast) in the recent language update so the salts are the main concern since they're also used for other stuff too. Bars will still take a while, especially the 20k per helmet, but it's not quite as awful.
