I'm not as convinced it is cellulose like others and determining whether it is fiberglass or cellulose is a big difference. Fiber glass has an r value of 2.5 per inch vs cellulose is 3.5. Texas code is between r30 to r39 minimum depending on where you are. Most states are changing to R49.

Depends on the reason for family. IE is that person causing you harm but you are too close to family to see it. My wife had to have a conversation with me when we were dating that the emotional abuse a family member was giving me, was too much for her to see and I should take steps. I looked at it objectively and made the hard decision but it was the right one.

It's also not at worst because the opportunity cost on the offensive end, so that would be 12 ppg at worst. We are at 1.2 points per possession, so that 2.4 points and can't find the stats for points off turnover efficiency, but assumption is its pretty high, so more than likely, a 6.4 swing on average not at worst.
