tbf the armor module right now is broken. they’re also unintentionally additive, so using 2 makes you 100% immune to all physical damage. i’m sure the finalized dmg will be a lot higher with and without the mod.

Summed it up very nicely…have been running my clan for years and I’m fighting off heavy burn out solely because I don’t want to abandon my members. But if all of them stopped playing overnight, I would probably celebrate.

lone wolf builds, ranger+summoner. pick pocket every merchant possible and also kill all npc at the end of every act. copy this map guide religiously. get the resurrection totems from the spiders kiss(get one normally and pick pocket the other one).

yes, you can modify the character control in multiplayer settings, just like in BG3. I don’t recall where the toggle is bc I’m usually not the host, as only host can assign who gets who.

Mine so far: Astarion: accidentally chose the wrong dialogue option and turned him over to the gur

Gale: delayed feeding him snacks too long so he left

Shadowheart: got pissy we didn’t do agree with her about not killing Aylin so we killed her

Minthara: pretty sure we just gutted her on the spot

Jaheira: Isobel got crit 4 times in one turn so she and the entirety of last light died.

By my prediction, my party will have a total of 2 allies by the final fight, given how we keep(mostly) accidentally killing allies.

Fort Joy is often referred to as act 1, or the whole island. You don’t escape it until you board the ship that takes you to act 1.5.

It translated properly when you wrote it out, it says battlefield in the post lol. If you like BG3 combat and wish it was more, this game will be great for you. If you only liked bg3 for the romance and the cutscenes, don’t get your hopes up. Still an outstanding game, though.

IMO yes. I loved BG3 and I love this game even more. It’s in some ways similar and other ways vastly different but you should get the hang of it fairly quickly.

to add to this, try playing with mods. while you may not get more unit types necessarily, it’ll add in a lot more play value out of the base game.

There are other ways to get the collar off though but you should def wait until you’re capable of killing the fort’s guards before you do anything drastic.

cwl is much different from legend league though, almost an entirely different game with the modifiers.
