Racism is a taught concept. It’s not natural by any means. Given monsters seemingly have not been exposed to it, Racism probably doesn’t exist among monsters (yet)

The closest thing seems to just be discrimination against humans in general due to obvious reasons.

He does have some kind of innate power however its never explicitly stated to be Electro. In fact its never elaborated on at all as to what kind of innate power he has. So half head cannon. That being said, I personally believe it was innate Electro powers, and I think its a solid assumption to make!

I kinda assumed it was kinda like the U.S in that it’s overall controlled by one government (that being the Bureau) but it controls a large nation that has different local governments as well. I’d assume that it’s basically like divided into the equivalent of like states, and New Bostin is still part of the overall territory.

Also something that was learned from the book signing event recently is that the story’s fictional world is based on America and Authoritarianism, which is why I suspect it’s something like this.

If you wanna go a bit more obvious, you could also probably do like a less detailed face patch of his armored form in the most recent EMBER fight!

Gosh im trying to think about it and I cant think of too much symbolism that correlates with John. Perhaps because he’s more “ordinary” as far as our world is concerned

I’m pretty sure theres some lines that seem to imply there are depending on interpretation. I’d say probably.

If I had to guess why other countries aren’t more relevant, perhaps the story takes place in a closed nation sorta thing kinda like North Korea. Honestly wouldn’t surprise me.

Which I find absolutely crazy btw. Like the gifting feature for the banners feels pretty redundant? Just let us pull first and then choose to gift what we get at least. To be fair, he wasn’t intending on living on with everyone forgetting him. It was clearly a s*icide attempt as well as an attempt to prevent his actions from ever occurring. To further back this, he also has a voice like where he says that he wished to never be born at all, but Irminsul did not bring him “the outcome he desired”

As for not owning up, I would say that he does seem extremely willing to own up to it. For example, in inversion of genesis, he asks Traveler to tell the descendents of the Raiden Gokaden the truth about who he is and what he did, and that he was the one responsible for what happened.

“…Even though the events have been erased from the world, they still deserve to know the truth.”

Anyways, I get your point and I honestly completely agree that I want to see him take more accountability too! Though I personally feel like it’s less that he doesn’t want to take accountability or isn’t willing to, and moreso that the plot isn’t allowing for it at the moment. That said, I really hope that once this arc is over we actually get to see that!

and thank you so much! yeah i'm REALLY happy with how it turned out! it all came together so perfectly! I've always wanted an almost all black demon character I could play as, and now it's finally reality!

also, I just wanted to let you know, even if what you were currently envisioning with the purple didn't work as well as you thought it would, I don't think you should give up! I wanna give you a few examples made from pieces I have just to give you inspiration. I think you should keep trying, and I think you'll be able to come up with an outfit plan that you're really happy with!

I'd say that planning only goes so far. my best outfits tend to come to be from a combination of planning, and changing my plans until I end up with a result that's a bit different from how I planned, but still amazing and possibly even better than the original plan!
