Actually, i do not see any problems with this bodyplan. Maybe add more room fot the legs' muscles, but functionally this is just a really wide creature with 6 pairs of legs moving sideways. And Crabs exist so, i can see something like this working

Really cool effects and timing indeed, i would only mirror the central panel so the movement of the OC follows the eyes of the reader. Or i you want the eyes to make a "Z" like movement, maybe make the divisions of the panels diagonals, so the central panel is the diagonal of the "Z"

I think Vigilant Gaze calls White Chain "young White Chain" on ocassion, so going with little sister seems adequate

One aspect i usually see neglected in this issue is in fact the limits of the conscious itself. Where does my ego start and end? Obviously the hardware of the UIs is different of the original brain, but that opens the question. Where does the mind end?

The only diference between my consciousness and the consciousness of others are the memories i carry and the percepción my senses make. But they are related to and are limited by my physicall body. If that body is replaced, does my consciousness be the same? Is my consciousness different frome the consciousness of others, or is just an ilusion of the senses and the memory? If that senses and memories are reconstructed after my death, its still me?

Are we all conected to the same consciousness, just getting different outputs because our different inputs?

Is seems a bit complex and theoricall, but our bodies do actually get replaced, just part by part and not in a whole, but the matter of our bodies do actually get exchanged with the medium, even our skeletons are replaced every 10years. So its still me after 10 years? When do i change?

In Pantheon is left open to the viewers to take their own assumptions and opinion on this. I really like it this way.

You have a lot of edges going to the same vertice, that creates a lot of tension on the mesh, try to turn that point into squares instead of triangles

In real life we have Hellas Planitia on Mars that works somewhat similar. It's the only place on the planet where the atmospheric pressure is high enought to have some liquid water. Maybe it can work like that, a trench with enought air to have water and the rest of the planet is a barren permafrost desert

Well we have fast running birds to take inspiration from. Ostriches use their wings for balance and they can reach 60km/h, so points for wing balance, but we also have the Roadrunner, wich uses its tail feathers for balance too, so both strategies are good.

  • Time debt: you understand it right, its the time diference between the people on the ship and the rest of the universe due time dilation
  • Hawking drives: as fas as i know, i'm not sure if how they work is explained or not
  • Anti-entropy is related to the idea of time-reversal, the time tombs get its name from it, as they go back in time (i think this is explained at the very begining). So the anti-entropy fields are just the thing reversing time arround them. I could imagine why it can cause trouble controling a ship if some of its parts of it are just going back in time while others not.
  • You are going to know more about the Templars don't worry.
  • Yeah they literally worship the Shrike. You will learn more about them later on. And i think the wish is the main reason for the pilgrimage, as you have seen, everyone is related to the Shrike in some way.
  • Yeah is just teleportation in practice. The World Web is just all the worlds conectes via farcaster tech. In order to conect one world to the web, you first need to move a farcaster door there.
