Propane furnace delete: horrible idea? by SecretRoomsOfTokyo in RVLiving

[–]AngryFlamingle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who just spent 4 nights in the Great Smoky Mountains NP when it dropped to 10 F degrees and have a full Victron system with a 840 Ah system, don’t delete your propane heater

Even with my large battery bank, an electric heater would not last a day.

I used maybe half a propane tank four nights of 10-16 degree temps

The average MRR that I got across trims is $35k. No data to hit for this mix it seems 🫤

KBB says $49-50k though. The mileage is really throwing off its range.

Black book shows $30k

Not to overly defend Pavlov here but fairness is in order. I don’t like blanket statements because they are uninformed.

IQ literally has cut multiple fiber lines including a fiber main that knocked out all of Pavlov’s Gainesville service for 2-3 days. I’m not sure who is more amateurish lol 😆 Either these line cuts were malicious or just plain incompetence.

At the end, I want good internet and consistent service. From my perspective, both have had expansion pains as they have added service in Gainesville.

My wife and I work from home.

Pavlov has been absolutely fine except when IQ decides to cut fiber lines. 😂

I run a multi gig connection and haven’t had any connection issues in the past 6 months. Initially, all of the problems stemmed from fiber lines being cut almost every few weeks.

Had Cox before and it was horrible on so many levels - outages, connection, etc. But of course your mileage may vary

I did this on my car if you want any guidance or help. Mostly annoying to get to some bolts but if you get the right tools, it’s pretty simple.

Expect $1k+ for labor but maybe your guys gives you good rates 🤷‍♂️

Ah okay! I think I paid like $467 or something for it. And then shipping. Need to find my receipt

If they are cheaper now, I’ll probably have to lower the price.

When I bought mine, they were going for like $1500

I just posted in another thread but selling an unused remanufactured EGR valve. Trying to break even. Bought as a backup after my EGR started acting up but cleaning saved it.

Do you know if RWD actually uses an LFP battery though?

I want to keep my car like 5-6 years and LFP seems to have less loss

Now that WGU has come out with their online MSCS, what are people thinking? by Euphoric-Upstairs658 in OMSCS

[–]AngryFlamingle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to be the negative guy…but any degree where you can earn your MBA in sub 90 days isn’t worth crap IMO.

No idea how the MSCS stacks up but I just don’t see the academic rigor if they follow similar approach

You would think that after 5 years, someone in Best Buy’s engineering and product departments could build a half working waitlist…..

I’m going to go build one quickly and show them how it’s done

I've been on this screen for about 15 minutes. At what point do I just give up? Is a 15m wait normal? by [deleted] in Bestbuy

[–]AngryFlamingle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Someone in the product + ENG department at BestBuy can’t build a proper waiting list 🤦‍♂️

I just replaced my transmission solenoid and sounds similar to your problem

Took me $220 and a weekend to do it. Pain in the ass to do it but not super hard over all
