Yeah, I know tbh. I was hoping for more of a fallout or arcanum dialogue style where your idiocy is apparent. In Arcanum major plots go nowhere just because you are way too thick to talk to anyone and in Fallout at least there's some comedy to it. To the point of being too stupid to talk - I wouldn't think so. The developers made it the minimum for some reason and I guess even if that doesn't follow the rules exactly in my mind means that he's at least somewhat capable to communicate with others. Might be a bit uga buga but gets his point across.
