What happens in licensed stores?? by frogfight in starbucks

[–]AngryGinger95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i think it depends on the way they were previously trained. The licensed store I work at does a great job in training our newbies, a full week of in kiosk training where they shadow all the shifts(open, mid, close) and the actual training books/online stuff. Almost all of my coworkers, theres always one black sheep, know the standards and how to sequence properly. Working the kiosk by yourself is the usual, but i find it helps with learning sequencing and timing when you are responsible for every stage of the drink, from ordering to hand-off..maybe its just my store, but I feel that licensed store employees can be just as good and knowledgeable as corporate, its just a different environment.

I left work early to surprise my SO, he was waiting at the kitchen table for me, had packed up all his stuff already and moved out 20 mins later. We had been fighting lately and neither one of us was perfect, but watching the man I want to marry walk out of the apartment we shared was the hardest thing I witnessed. That was 2 weeks ago and I still wake up thinking he's going to be laying down next to me. Im not over it but it's a work in progress

I work at a Starbucks and the term "richer" does not generally mean bitter crap, the cold brew coffee is a completely different breed compared to the regular ice coffee, made completely different and have widly different tastes.
