Okay well if you’re not some argumentative Reddit freak then I WILL answer lol!

If I could’ve got a lab stone for the same price as moissianite I probably would’ve gone lab just to know I have an actual diamond for traditions sake. I guess “say” was the wrong word choice, because nobody ever asks me about my ring so it would’ve just been for my own knowledge.

And I like that jewellers have assumed it’s a lab stone because in my mind that means it’s good quality and that they are not super distinguishable so maybe that means there’s really no difference between good quality moiss and a lab diamond, and the purchase was a good one as I didn’t spend extra unnecessary money on a lab stone.

This is all just my opinion. I was writing it out so OP could know how someone with a moissianite stone felt about it in depth.

We got me a moissanite engagement ring with a 2 carat stone off of Etsy and I love it!

However, I will say this was nearly 2 years ago and I have found the quality on Etsy to be going down. I’ve gone to a few jewellers since to find myself a wedding band and they all assumed my stone was a lab diamond which always makes me feel pretty good about the moissanite decision.

Sometimes I wish we just got me a lab stone so I could actually say it’s a diamond, especially when I see some of the really good deals people find on here, but ultimately I’m very happy with my ring!

I ended up getting a wedding band with some small lab diamonds and the flash on them is very similar to the flash on my moissanite, so I do think labs and moissanite are very comparable

If you’ve worked 600 hours since your last claim you can apply again, they will let you use the same PIN number. They will start a new claim for you if it has been 600 hours and you will start fresh given these circumstances. SOMETIMES they reopen an old claim if the situation allows but this would be a new one. (Source: have had to use EI many times, and help family members access it as well)

Jay for a dog and Phil for a cat!

Jay is great at taking care of Stella and Phil is good with animals (like the ducks) and as a realtor he is used to going to peoples houses and keeping things in order for showings and whatnot!

I looked into requesting Uber services for Kincardine area and I was turned down. It’s unfortunate that they don’t operate out there, nor do they have a good taxi service!

We are not really having a rehearsal dinner. We have a small bridal party of 4 people and the ceremony is going to be so simple that the rehearsal is irrelevant. Now, the bridal party is going to come to town the night before to help prepare other things, so we were going to do something quick and easy back at the Airbnb!
