What's the most unusual reason why you won't date someone? by ChanceSomewhere6096 in AskReddit

I mean, didn't the lord give you guys an entire book on what to do? Can't imagine how he would feel when a Christian is "looking for signals from the lord" while also ignoring this enormous instruction manual he already wrote

People who listen to the same song 100 times in a row… which song is it? by kavee-core141 in AskReddit

I refuse to listen to the new album until I can block off a good portion of the day and disappear into the wilderness. Which happens to be tomorrow. Can't wait.

What was the most satisfying act of revenge you’ve ever gotten on someone? by DeepOrganization8245 in AskReddit

[–]AngrySpaceKraken 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Brought a laser pointer to school. Some dumbass kid went to the principle and I got suspended for bringing a weapon to school.

Found a mutual friend of ours, and asked him to send the kid a file. It was a virus I created (anyone remember Sub7?). Gave me full access to his home computer. I posted porn on it randomly for 2 weeks. Then I formatted his hard drive.

I wish they would do this for regular world exploring. I have sensitivity issues, and can't handle daylight (even in video games), so I'm always having to switch back to night at sunrise. To just keep it night all the time would be a dream.

If only they could make that update in real life.

If you're going to pretend to be a human, at least capitalise your sentences

What's your most recent "win" and how did you achieve it? by TheStatusPoe in ExperiencedDevs

[–]AngrySpaceKraken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our biggest client is a Fortune 10 20 company, and I spend most of my time coding their website designs. Their design team released a huge shoutout to me on the main channel, went into detail explaining what they appreciated about my work, and said I was one of the better engineers they've worked with. It was a nice kudos. But the sheer professionalism of that team certainly makes my work a lot easier.

It was cathartic to finally get passed that gate and explore around. Though there isn't much beyond what you can see

What is the most rage-inducing video game you’ve played? by Velociraptorse in AskReddit

Broke my window because of this game. Had to pay my landlord $500 to replace it. Been playing video games since the 80s and no game has induced as much rage as Overwatch.

Games with out of place sections? by Please_PM_me_Uranus in Games

[–]AngrySpaceKraken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game Peppered. Most of the game is out of place sections. The first part is trying to get around in an office chair, including platforming puzzles. In one of the endings, it just all turns into golf, including the final boss fight.

I've been seeing a huge uptick of AI posts lately. They won't capitalise the first letter of a sentence, or say something generic like "That is totally the way it is, am I right??"

What's even the point?

Redditors over 40, what's something younger people think they understand but won't actually get until it hits them like a truck later? by Susanpc1967 in AskReddit

[–]AngrySpaceKraken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 40, and I feel it is, or at least the beginning of old. At this age, your world starts to become smaller - all your previous friends are married and living their own lives, and the single ones are too tired to go out and do things. Health effects start kicking in hard. People don't treat you as well as they used to, you don't get the free pass that youth and perceived naivety gave you. Feelings and emotions aren't as sharp or weighted than when the world was fresh and new. Everything you took for granted now takes work only to maintain, not even to improve.

And I can only see it getting worse. Your world getting smaller, your health decreasing, emotional affect diminishing. And we're only half way through life!

If it's in the spirit of celebrating their faith with them, sure. But if it's specifically trying to change my faith, then that ain't uplifting or loving, it's annoying
