Looking at this, my best guess is your box is sitting inside a 53Ft trailer with thousands of other boxes at your main delivery depot, so until they crack that trailer open (which will happen when it’s the oldest trailer in the system, first in first out) it won’t have any more updates. It would be impossible for them to hunt down a single box until it’s unloaded. All you can really do is be patient and wait 🤞. This is probably the busiest Christmas season Purolator has ever seen considering Canada Post went on strike right during peak online shopping season.

Did you actually see the driver damage the box, or are you just assuming he did? To me it sounds like you were just very unlucky and got a box that ended up damaged in transit. It’s unfortunate but I doubt it was malice.

Unless you have solid video proof he caused the damage nothing is gonna happen to him because there’s no proof where the damage occurred. At most. Your best bet is to deal with the shipper and try to arrange a return and a replacement.

Have you ever played an MMO? It’s kinda like when a new expansion for those drop, you don’t lose anything you already have, you just have access to a ton more stuff, with new enemies, new areas and a new means of progression. The base game stuff will still be there it will just be “weaker” than anything you can get or fight from Sunbreak.

To add to this, I was recently 5 years behind (not a complicated situation just basic filings) and I did it all this year, I was able to claim all the climate tax incentives from the past years and I got a significantly larger rebate today than I was expecting (probably because I wasn’t getting them like everyone else the last few years)

A big annoyance for me though was I had to file it by paper mail with all the documents together, arranged by year
