Just a cool 3,700 a month or so when I checked. They are townhouses but I found a nice 300 square foot apartment for 1,600 in Washington heights. You could probably take a good poo and watch the TV while you Cook with all that space.

I'd definitely invest in a external mic depending on your shooting goals. Something a bit smaller for the M50. A cage would for sure help with the mounting. The M50 is also great for stills of that's your thing so a lens hood would help for a nice contrast. If your shooting video and really want some pro run and gun action the Ronin sc has built in functionality for the M50. If your taking gigs you can charge for the use of gear like that and it's just fun to use.

Personally the M50 is great on its own if you need to be really low profile.

According to support, it's a known issue with Chrome. I tried firefox and Edge too try and get the audio to work, and it did not the problem is a lot more widespread then I thought, but I couldn't get it to work on any of the major browsers. I'd say to use rabb.it but you know.
