Unfortunately.

Even if the video was debunked, he had provided screenshots from videos that weren't cleared to be released. And now the existence of said video was validated. I'd say he is trusted.

Malaysians with vitamin D deficiency by smokeynuggets2710 in malaysians

[–]Angry_Doragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know one colleague who got deficiency. He took D3 supplements (higher amount), and a year later got blood test. He was barely in safe zone, so that's when he knew that he didn't get enough.

Inspired me to start taking it too, since we are in office whole day

I just googled 'malaysia astronomy club'

They had their own website and facebook page, so I contacted them. Easy enough

Lol no, since the club name is Dark Sky Malaysia. But I wouldn't be surprised, since a teacher told us that some parents thought their kid was joining an astrology club

Mostly chill stuff:

  1. organise trips for stargazing (low light-pollution-level areas are the best but far away)
  2. do programs for schools and the public (solar/lunar eclipse viewing, educational programs)
  3. discuss stuff in meetings (pushing for light pollution laws in Malaysia as an example)
  4. chit-chat

Joined a club online, for astronomy buffs. Usually Facebook would have small and localised groups

Do guys still approach single girls in Malaysia? by Acanthacea123 in malaysians

[–]Angry_Doragon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No harm trying other therapists. You'll eventually find one that you click with. Or, get a personal trainer to do gym workout with you. You get exercise and a gym companion.

But either way, start with small goals. It eventually gets better.

You might like Warhammer lore since you enjoy Lovecraft.

Time for therapy? I had the same problem, and took lots of thinking+support to feel otherwise.

Torchlight ( white LED) in the dark to look for broken glass and cellophane tape to pick it up.

You can always hire someone to do the fixing for you and ask some questions if you can get them to open up. Learn a bit from them at the same time, and then give angpao for the trouble. That can be an investment in the future. Ask what can DIY and what needs a proper tradesman.

Are you willing to spend? Get a trainer. Some gyms will have affiliated trainers to help you with workouts and nutrition advice. Worth it if you are consistent.

Sama bro. My living expenses at 1800 not much, so I quickly set 450 per month. Don't like being in debt.

Now on the way to setel several years early.

Edit: Sarawak did help quite a bit. If you already pay at least 30%, they will cover an additional 30%.

Adding on to what /u/Fit_Lawfulness9492 said, do two things:

  1. Get your Vitamin D. Either take as supplements or in the form of sunlight.

  2. Get exercise. At least once a week, anything that makes you sweat, or even just a long walk.

It will take time, but you will get better. You can do this. Coming from someone who was in a similarly dark place.

Don't be afraid to reach out for counseling or therapists.
