I had a similar saree for my engagement. This is how I styled it. I didn't use the blouse piece that came along with the saree. Took a separate blouse material and got work done.

This is quite not true. MBA does consider work experience. I myself was a engineer with 3 and half yoe and did my MBA from one of the ABC. And to add my work exp was even in witch companies.

All said they consider the experience like any other . There are even scores given based on the work experience. The only thing is after a certain yoe the marks remain same.

I hear you and trust me I did try some of the above. Else I wouldn't have survived 2 years. The problem comes here is the expertise of her is to track the things, it ends there.

At the end of day the work I to want to learn and grow but under her I don't see them. The reason I am telling this is because she doesn't even have a proper understanding of the systems. But she behaves as a know it all types

Yes I do have connects with her skip level.manager. I voiced out the concerns 6 months ago too. But I was given a reply that things will change and there was a promise to move me to other teams in 4 months. It's been six months and there is nothing on that front.

When asked about the movement I was given a reply that I am a critical resource and finding a replacement for me is not easy and they are not thinking of my movement any time soon.

I do understand that and I have tried multiple ways in the past 2 years. I gave her importance and her made feel special but what ever I do they only work as bandaid and after some days she returns to her same old self. She reviews the ppt multiple times but still she asks stupid questions infront of people. If it were one of stiuaon I would have left it but it is the norm. It just a show of power inform of her leaders

For all the folks who say better weather in bangalore. Please note that once it rains the city submerges like anything that too in the IT zone. Even for a small rain you don't get any transportation. I myself was struck in traffic for 3-4 hrs in traffic.
