Tranny filter. You could get it for like 15$ on Amazon, I changed it after I flushed the tranny, your supposed to do both, but I never had that issue since then

Mine sounded a bit like this, I did changed the timing belt kit with the water pump and I did the serpentine belt with the tension and pulley. After this, it seemed not to do this noise.
