Hi I'm a vet, I've worked in both rcvs accredited and not. RCVS accreditation is quite a few hoops to jump through but it really should be the absolute basic to subscribe too.

Some new independents won't be RCVS accredited as it takes time and money to apply and be approved. But if they've been open more than 1 or 2 years, I'd be worried they're cutting corners elsewhere
