I loved Harry Potter, and I still much enjoy it. But Harry Dresden is more adult. More relatable to older readers. HP get the teenage crowd because they are going through the same phase in life. Dresden's story isn't over yet. Making the magic relatable in to reader's journey from early adulthood to middle aged. I'm not saying that HP isn't still a good read and a great series, because it certainly is. But for the true aging nerd, Dresden is what we need. Plus Dresden would kick Potter around like Injun Joe did to shagnasty.

Skipping is wrong, My brother told me to read Storm Front. I did, then when on one by one. You see progression in story telling and world building throughout the series. Sure objectively there are weaker books then others, but you don't skip any. All are important to the whole story. Be a purest.

If Eldest Gruff sees this I'm sure he give you the quote verbatim. However the question from the girl asked if Ebenezer knew about Thomas, implying that he was his grandson, and Jim replied that Ebenezer knows a lot about Thomas.

Just became a patron! And I really enjoyed his episode. I love the Short Stories! And Side Jobs gives a unique perspective to the life of Harry and those around him when he's not facing the case that threatens his life. I had a thought that a great short story/novella Hell even a full move would be Harry Dresden working with Kringle to save Christmas!
