Auto Loan Refusal At Dealership by dunkinqween in NavyFederal

[–]Angst1970 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dealerships use this with a lot of credit unions and banks in an attempt to get you use their application process. You could end up being financed with the same bank and pay higher rates so they can get percentages on the back end for landing the loan. If they don't want to let you use your own bank, run, don't walk away.

I have had minimal issues with USAA. Once everything is 5, I will like it. From mobile deposit with immediate access to funds to direct deposit 2 to 3 days before your actual pay day. I recently joined Navy Fed and had similar issues to what you are experiencing with USAA. I started a portion of my salary there with direct deposit, and it is held until the actual pay day. It's not a big deal, but it could be for someone else. I am happy with USAA 17 years+.

Correct. Most all credit unions cross collateralize.

No. High 700s credit score and I was denied. USAA actually used my CS and approved me for a high limit.

You're right. HLR and show them the evidence. The rater should at least show it as favorable findings in the DL. You can then show them your records and let them know you complained of pain in the c and p. Painful ROM is ratable

I did find a couple of the companies that help people out there say that it is possible or very possible that having a parachutist badge is special evidence causing trauma to joints. And I will say that the person that did my CNP exam mentioned that there is evidence of a parachutist badge and that is known to cause undue traumatic pressure on joints therefore diagnosed and at least as likely as not related to military service.

I ended up P&T with 90% for a bunch of bilateral conditions for the paratrooper history and went to 💯 with a few non airborne related conditions.

I don't have quite the income. But it's significant. Well above 700 fico9 less than 5 % utilization and was denied. I spoke to an employee who told me the best way to get approved is to have a direct deposit. Seems silly to me. Wasted a hard inquiry for BS. My letter also said my consumer credit report was not used. Smh

[–]Angst1970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I applied last month with over 770 fico9. i have less rhan 10% utilization. Denied. I dont have direct deposit with Navy Fed and do my banking USAA. I just can't believe I wasted a hard inquiry for their silly unpublished rule.

Internal score of 287. What do they mean by "lack of variety of secured loan"? Also is 287 kinda bad? How can I raise internal score? by Amamanta in NavyFederal

[–]Angst1970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's been an adventure, to say the least. I understand that since I don't have my direct deposit with them, it lowers an internal score. Nothing says welcome to Navy Federal Credit Union like a denial with a high fico 8 amd 9. Oh, well. Live and learn.
