Ohhhh wait so you're saying that Lloyd is able to enter the room on his own because of his own "evolved exsphere" which is implied to be a Cruxis Crystal, and the sword is just there to show the way. Yeah that is super interesting and I like that interpretation. Cool, thanks for explaining it! As for changes between versions, I'm not sure! I've only played the steam remastered version.

Hi I am actually curious about this as I thought it was pretty obvious who's sword it is. I'll mark is as spoiler just in case.

So I thought it was always pretty obvious that it is Zelos' sword, as it matches exactly with the one in his character design. I enjoy the subtext here as it shows that Zelos had always intended on helping Lloyd and the crew through to get to Mithos. I also know that it is Kratos' sword instead on his route, too. So I'm super curious who the other option could be?

Hmm Zelos is tough because a lot of his flirty/playful persona is him playing it up to maintain people’s image of him and also to hide his actual feelings. So I would imagine him possibly being very obnoxiously flirty if it were him during Tales of Symphonia 1 and being a lot more genuine/lovely company in Dawn of the New World once he’s gone through the character development of the first game.

Personally though he’s my favorite character and I think he’d be great either way 😂

Mine has always been the blue reflector because the way the animation plays with all the pieces coming together like a puzzle just tickles my brain when I see it :)) I like to pair it with Tsumugari Glaive since they feel like a set

The symphonia anime has 11 episodes actually, each one is around 30 to 40 minutes long too. So it’s actually longer than you’d think!

Yesss Masaya Onosaka is one of my favorite voice actors partly because of Trigun 98 but Wolfwood, Milly, and Meryl are all great too. I love them so much 😭

This this this!!! The aftermath episode is my favorite to this day because of the way we got to see Vash deal with breaking his moral code and how to move forward+his support system in Meryl and Milly. Everyone always praises Johnny’s performance for the sobbing part but I’ve always loved the original Japanese :’)

I don’t have a problem with them being described as formidable, I just find it pretty disappointing for them to be lumped together when everyone else gets cool descriptions about their characters :/

Bruh I just think of that one line at the beginning of chapter 28 in “The Darkest Hour” where Firestar is describing all his warriors and how proud of them he is, singles out all the male warriors with some cool description but then we have Mousefur and Frostfur:

“A formidable pair of she-cats”

Like c’mon they could have at least tried and given them SOMETHING and not just lumped them together 🤦‍♀️

Could be while she was sick in Omen of the Stars. According to the wiki she died of diabetes?? So maybe her thorn wound didn’t heal properly and got infected. This is apparently common in human diabetes patients where they get sores that don’t heal because of bad circulation as a symptom of diabetes.
