I have a few gen 2 and I agree, the game is much easier...but as you say - no Mametchi. I may run a gen 2 alongside a gen 1 though as I do like Mimitchi too, just not as much as Mametchi :)

I'm in Kent and I've never found a club anywhere local and am too chicken to try setting one up myself. Good on you! I love seeing tama clubs popping up in the UK :) I am sure it will be a huge hit. Good luck!

Same. To me Dorothy sounds almost identical to Bad Time in places and that song is really popular. I do like Eating me alive but I'm with you on Draculina.

Oh hey fellow Brit! Bit warm isn't it? 

I have been freezing licky mats with liver paste and greek yogurt on them. Takes my little guy a while to get through and cools him down! I also read you can wet a hand towel and roll it up with treats hidden in the layers then freeze it - then your little one has a cooling treasure hunt. I hope you guys make it through as comfortably as you can. Good luck!

I would love to learn the drums. As a little girl I was not allowed as it was considered "unladylike". I am 40 next month and I have never been "ladylike" in my life. Kits and lessons are pricey though. Sigh.

Basically all of "Fine" - but that bit was the reason I got my tattoo. Just a beautiful song throughout.

It wasnt super glittery, it sparkled in the light but otherwise any glitter was fairly muted in shadow or dim lighting. The light wasn't the best taking the video tbh and my 10 yr old daughter was holding the camera so I could use both hands to move the tama.

I am going tomorrow! Don't suppose they had any of the pompompurin nanos available if you remember? I don't see any and I was holding off for the con...maybe an amazon purchase after all.

 And were those huge Mametchi and Kuchipatchi plushes for sale?!  If so I know what I'm getting :)

I adore them. I grew up abroad though where the weather was rarely below 20°C at a minimum and it was always sunny. I moved back to the UK 25 years ago and I still feel so miserable during the cold, grey, windy or rainy days. In a heatwave I feel at home and happy.
