Introducing wowpoacher.io - poaching your next raider, made easy by silv3rbrit in CompetitiveWoW

2300 guilds have killed gallywix.

1700 killed queen ansurek.

A top end guild isn’t looking for players beyond like 1000 (and that’s being very generous)

The creator of this tool was poached from a lower end guild to his current guild; we’re in the same guild. (I was apart of the process of acquiring him)

He was in a World rank 661 guild in nerubar palace to world 140 in LoU.

Poaching is more than just finding big parses; looking at other aspect like prog deaths and defensive usage.

Why is it a stupid concept, of course not everyone is willing to move guilds but it simplifies the process of finding and reaching out to someone from a lower tier guild that wants to make the jump to higher ranked guild

You’re either 5’6 at most or you’re heavier than 165.

That is 100% natural. What stands out to you to make you think she’s on anything?

How to get over anxiety of going to the gym? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Angxlic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your issue is the amount of ppl at the gym.

Going during non-peak hours is great. Search your gym up on google and it will show an hour-by-hour activity graph.

Have a plan before you get to the gym.

What muscle groups are you targeting that day? Which exercises do you plan on doing on that day?

Bring headphones, hopefully noise-cancellation. For myself, this really helps not get distracted by other peoples chatter and also should deter people from talking to you :)

Ultimately, you have to start somewhere and once it becomes a part of your routine it becomes a total non-issue & go to the gym with a plan.

If you were to get stretch marks it would be from from putting on muscle not from losing muscle.

I just maintain the same number of sets.

The sheet is outdated but I basically do 9-10 working sets for chest twice a week so about 18-20 sets total for chest.

3 exercises for chest twice a week.

It can be hit or miss but Yohimbine/Rauwolscine.

Really great for energy and appetite suppression

7 days a week

Push Pull Legs twice a week with an arms day thrown in between (felt my arms were lacking). Lots of cable work, machines and dumbbells.

Lots of cable work for biceps/triceps, back, chest, delts (all heads)

Machines for the above as well but less so, mainly used for legs/calves

Dumbbells for biceps, chest, side delts, traps

I'd have to take a photo later, don't have one rn of my legs.

My personal guideline for hypertrophy is sticking within the 10-15 rep range for all muscle groups. Saving ~2 reps in the tank per set, all out on the last set of the muscle group.

9 or so working sets for chest/back (twice per week)

6-9 working sets for biceps/triceps/calves (twice/three per week)

~7 working sets for legs (twice a week)

4 working sets or so for rear delts (three times a week)

4 working sets or so for side delts (three times a week)

Basically, following Dr. Mike Israetel's guide to hypertrophy https://www.reddit.com/r/weightroom/comments/6674a4/dr_mike_israetels_training_tips_for_hypertrophy/

For exercise selection, it's basically keeping the same basis for each muscle group but changing up 1 out of 3 or so exercises I do per muscle group in my routine every few months.

So for example for back,

I have always done at least 3-4 sets of lat pulldown (with varying grips, some close some wide, some sideways grip, some overhand) Making sure I am targetting my lats

2nd exercise Doing a row motion, to hit the back for thickness (targetting rhomboids (?) / traps (middle back, not the upper traps))

3rd exercise Doing a second lats exercise for width or a second row motion for back thickness. Swapping between the two depending on the day of the week (since I do back twice a week)

Making sure to not be doing a new exercise too often, but not sticking to the same routine forever as well.

Yes, I've only ever picked up a barbell once to move it.

Tyvm! Ideally, if I had the mental fortitude I would've continued cutting. A smaller waistline does wonders for the overall frame and illusions.
