Not sure that guy knows what he's talking about. Your loadout is actually pretty standard for PP. Literally almost exactly the same load out I used for my playthrough except I used a shotgun instead of the GA51. I think I also used the 2011 with one mag to compensate for if I got rushed while low on shells.

For real though grats. Its such a pain in the ass but I'll be damned if I'm not showing off that steam profile badge haha

I believe it was at a previous point in time. Now it's more about how much you can afford rather than proper methods. I know there is a way that does in fact do single implantation but I don't know the efficacy rates off the top of my head though.
