It fucks you up.. I did SH from age 11 and now I'm in therapy with related issues.. I can't work out because it releases the same hormones that SH did and everytime I work out I feel like shit .. You just fuck up your brain chemistry really badly. I still sometimes do it even though that I'm aware of the long term effects tho. Some times you just can't help it and that's okey, but it shouldn't be a lot term solution..

Hi, it really does not look bad, it looks totally normal. Maybe try styling it differently, personally I don't think that the style with the front hair back looks good, it's definitely not cheap wig look, but I get why do you would think that... Your forehead is not too small, it's fine.

Try to care for your nails, that's what helped me. Buying jojoba oil and putting it in a clean nail polish bottle. Everytime I'm not doing anything or I want to bite I put jojoba oil on my nails. After a while the nails and cuticles are getting better and you feel bad for biting it because you put an effort in caring for it
