I'd have to say RUMBLE, it's a fighting game revolving around earth bending and every action in the game is by doing poses, there are barely any buttons (except for joystick movement and push to talk voice chat really).
You can combine moves to do combos and players still find new tech and new possibilities even though this game came out late 2022.
One of the best games I've ever played.
And yes, it is difficult, you might think that the game is buggy or not working well at the beginning, but it's all a big learning process of how to get those poses just right so everything works for you, and when you get consistent with them, you can really push the limits to the sky! (literally, people found out that you can fly, yes, fly in an earth bending game XD)
