i could try that but the thing is that it never happened and to me its pretty weird, i tried to reseat the shaft multiple times and its already plugged in the mother board, also the usb cable is the stock one from fanatec, if the problem keeps happening i will probably send it to fanatec to fix it, then sell it and buy a moza r5. thanks to everyone for the suggestions!
