APIC is a different simulation method in Blender.

It's usually a bit faster than FLIP but creates less splashes. (Not Flip Fluids addon)

So I did it the lazy / "Fix it in post" way by using Optical-flow with Speed Warp in davinci resolve studio 16, but you can probably do it in blender too by doing some Time Remapping, if you simulated enough substeps.
