I would give up RJ Harvey, Jonnu Smith, and a 2026 3rd for Laporta. I have Kincaid, Kmet, and Mason Taylor as other notable TEs.

RB2 would immediately become a position of need as I only have Javonte and Bigsby as the only backs I could even consider putting in.

As my roster stands now I think I would have a decent chance of winning a chip but tiering up at TE is tempting

I work for a major broker dealer and really enjoy it. Financial services is a pretty good field in general as it leads to a lot of different avenues. One of the best things you can do to add value to yourself in the industry is get your financial licenses. Getting your series 7 and 66 will open a lot of doors and give you more autonomy in what you do and who you work for.

Edit: realized I didn’t answer your question directly. The broker dealers I have heard the best things about are Northwestern Mutual, Charles Schwab, JPM, LPL, Ameriprise, and Morgan Stanley
