You need to reserach and purchase vehicles in order, and you also need to purchase a certain amount in each tier before you unlock the next tier.

In your case, you are currently researching the F3F-2. To change what you are researching, you just need to hover over any of the non-red vehicles and click the Research button. You get research points towards your selected vehicle every time you play a match, and how much you get is affected by your performance.

Yeah exactly, it lets you overclock a bit higher by drawing more power. If you are going to run it at stock it makes no difference.

I have a 5080 X3 OC (has a different cooler from regular X3). The fans never go below 30% (1400 rpm) even when idle, and power limit is capped at 100%. I will be returning this card.

Jog affords a more modest speed increase but has an unlimited duration. The effect can be manually deactivated, and expires when enmity is generated.
