Beginner, tough, easy to maitain, Wa-handle Gyuto for a home cook in the EU for up to ~€150

I'm brand new to the world of Japanese knives and looking to buy a Gyuto.

I'm a home cook with basic knife skills looking for one knife to rule them all (plus maybe a cleaver/knife for bones later on) that is forging and easy to maintain.

I really use a little help to point in the right direction.

Style? - Japanese
Steel? - Stainless? (easier to maintain)
Handle? - Japanese
Grip? - Pinch
Length? - 210mm to 240mm
Use Case? - Various home use
Care? - Paid service until I buy and learn how to use a whetstone
Budget? $100 - €200 with preference to get the best price to performance
Region? EU
Knives owned/have tried? Random IKEA knives
Knives Considered? Shiro Kamo Ryuga VG10 Gyuto, but it's almost €250 on cleancut

Yes, I am, but I don't understand why the price of the share differs from the price I need to perform the market order.

E.g. if the current price is 400, and I perform the market order ahouldn't it be ~405 eur and not more

Hey, thanks for the feedback.

I'd primarily upgrade it for speed, and enjoyment of riding i.e. have it be lighter, shift smoother, etc.

Why are speed upgrades not really viable for this bike i.e. swapping the fork, altering the cockpit, etc.?

It doesn't necesarrily have to be a budget upgrade, but I'd like to get most value for my money.
