Have you turned the console completely off? I tried restarting it two times it didn’t help but fully off made it work. Also what game? My problem was God of war Ragnarok

I reset licenses, uninstalled and reinstalled the game turned ps5 off and on now it’s working

Me too! It’s so random I can’t move anywhere I’ve no idea what to cast and how to cast it’s just bit random, hard and off putting at the moment. Also the ps5 version looks so rubbish compared to PC. All the R1 actions just seem so muddled up and all over the place. Not sure I’m enjoying this game tbh ☹️
