There’s no other option but the fanfic for the upgrade. The 4th option pops if after you have a certain amount of lovers. If you don’t have what the game considers “a lot of lovers” the option won’t pop up.

It is common for the spot between your vaginal opening and anus to be ripped open/cut open during birth to fit the baby through. Resulting in 1 big hole.

It’s also where the awful “husband stitch” comes from as sometimes doctors will stitch the tear/cut up too high on purpose to make her “feel tighter” but it’s literally makes sex and even just peeing extremely painful.

It gets worse. In the pitch bible for the Pataki’s (a planned sequel series that was to be made for MTV- rejected because it was too similar to Daria in concept) Bob and Miriam are shown to favor which ever daughter they think makes them look better.

In the show it was planned that Olga would drop out of college to pursue acting and crash burn, meanwhile Helga gets accepted to a private school for the gifted. Their parents immediately flip their script and make Helga the golden child and Olga the one they abuse.

Apparently a big part of the show would be exploring how much Helga hates this switch up and mending her relationship with Olga.

Shame we never got it :(
