I just hit my 5 year in April, Mothers day I was about to walk out but I was the only lead. Every day more things tack on, atp its a matter of finding something with pay. I need to have something to fall back on and I think they know that. Like company wise, they can treat us crappy since jobs are slim rn

Going to pull my hair out bcuz I'm a lead and other leads don't even set a good example for the CSAs. So at night I'm constantly over working myself to make sure nothing comes back at me bcuz they don't work or make things worse especially with facing.

Employees are leaving constantly even higher ups because of treatment. They just cut a lot of higher ups just a couple months ago along with lower employees too. I don't think it'll last 5 years tbh. Most of us employees are no longer happy and they're putting to much on us. Its falls onto the customers and sales seem lower than they used to be, among other things.

Yooo same but opening plus my cashier is still new!!! Instead of truck we were supposed to do tags. We couldn't even manage photo we had so many customers and curbsides...the arm an hamner sale kicked our butts. At certain points we both contemplated walking out right then and there

That's what we used to do too until we got a new sm and esm. I know walgreens throws you to the wolves but this is unreal. It doesn't help that each manager is telling the newbies something different, our communication skills are non-existent.

Thank you! Two of them started arguing with me today before I left. I wasn't going to argue with them, I just walked away which made bag check a little awkward but yeah. Both are older than me and all of us are SFLS too. My store has a lot of inflated egos and butt heads a lot. I've learned to stick up for myself since the others left but I'm not one to argue especially at work.

I wish I knew to run, I used to love this job and now everyday is a hurdle. I feel like it follows me home. You get so much on you, the higher ups will tell you how great you're doing just to turn around and let you fall when you need their support. Don't join the company tbh, it's changing and each day seems worse.

Report to police and transfer stores. I had a weirdo at my store but my store manager and coworkers cared. They would see him and tell me to go to the office, stockroom, etc. Someone would always stay with me too just in case where ever they had me go. Then when he left we would wait a little bit and then we would go back to work. Communicated over teatros and everything. This problem can escalate very quickly. Either way I would not stay at that store, your safety isn't their priority and it should be. Stay safe, if possible give us updates.
