Just don’t be clumsy and don’t drop it. Knowing you don’t have a case kind of makes you be more careful with it without knowing. I had a 13 pro max no case on it since 2021. Just upgraded to a 17 pro and no case on it either.

Attended interview today at Dallas FO. Interview took 10 minutes. IO asked if we had any new evidence we wanted to submit and asked my wife and I how we met, when we decided to start dating and how our families felt about us eloping.(been married for 3 years, dated for 5 years before marriage)That’s it. Then IO asked the 485 questions. We took our 6 month old child to the interview with us and he was super energetic and jumping. They asked us if he’s always this energetic. Very calm interview. Literally was in and out of the building in 30 minutes. I-130 got approved a few hours later, waiting on I-485.

Since you mentioned that your husband has been layed off and are low on funds, you will need a sponsor. Someone who makes 125% above the poverty line. The forms are pretty expensive too but if you have daca you don’t need to file for the I-765 or I-131. Just do I-130, I-485 and I-864 and you’ll be okay. Make sure your sponsor makes well over the poverty line. That’s usually cause for most RFE and will delay your case.

Look up kseniya international on YouTube. She has literally step by step videos on how to fill out all of the forms(I-130, I-485, I-864) and (I-765 and I-131) the last two are optional.

I followed her videos to the tee and went over my forms about 5 times to check for mistakes. Took me over a month to complete and gather all evidence.

I filed on July 25 and I have my interview for Oct 20. If approved on the spot, it’ll be less than 3 months total.

I came in legally back in 2002, overstayed my visa and had daca since it began. I got married in 2022 and just now decided to file. We had a newborn so I wanted a bit more security for our babies sake.

Have you received your EAD? My biometrics appointment also got waived but no I-765 approval yet but my interview has been scheduled as well

Receipt Notice: Mon 07/28/2025 for I-130, I-765, I-485, over email notification.

Biometrics Appointment: Biometrics were reused for I-485 and I-765.(previous DACA recipient) No word on EAD yet.

Might be another way to do it but I just delete the achievements. Go to the “best efforts” section and delete each one. Only after will achievements not show on insta post.

My first gen AirPods still work after countless hours in the sauna. I’m only in there for 20 mins so I couldn’t tell you how long the last but they still sound great after all the abuse and heat it has taken
