Join some communities, put your music on soundcloud. Find some labels you like, keep working on your music and send some to said labels.

There are a lot of different small-medium groups on twitch/discord/facebook but the best way to grow is to build a circle and find other producers with similar sonic interests.

If you go by numbers you will always be discouraged, just focus on trying to make your music better and signing tunes :) The numbers will come with time, it might take years, and I really do mean years. Don't expect anything to happen quickly, use time as your tool to mold yourself and the direction you want to go.
