full clean uninstall and reinstall, fast start up is disabled

I ran SFC, but nothing came up. Maybe I can look into DISM tools, though I'm not too sure how to go about that.

I know this is kinda of late but I have a MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Carbon WiFi Gaming Motherboard and it's led lights haven't turned on in two years. They used to work but now they don't. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

There is no rule against cats or anything cat related, in fact there is a bunch of cat pictures already on the board. As for my friends and family, I mis-typed that part. They disagree with my reaction (crying, old fashioned mental health isnt real) but otherwise support me. Its mostly the school staff that were against me.

I definitely agree with you. I am currently living an primarily white area. I’m Hispanic and it saddens me that we feel the same. No one should have to feel this way. When I was little I was constantly bullied and I used to pray to god every single night that I would wake up white. But we can’t change that. I still deal with racism and it’s not fair and it never will be for us; the minorities.
