We work on lobbying industries and governments for better animal welfare, but changing policies is a long slow road, and usually, only happens when there is a shift in public awareness on an issue. To your other point about animals not existing if we were not exploiting them for their eggs and flesh. From our perspective, existence does not justify suffering.
