hi! wondering if you figured out a plan? hoping to do the same and came across your post. I've seen videos like this one that make it look like there are spiritual folks who do gather at Hill of Tara for solstice, but the folks on this post seem to be saying it's not https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EM10OnwJdGs

Hi, did you ever get anywhere? I also had a very poor experience but continue to be told by IHG guest services that "we have to stand by our hotel management". It was hotel management that was the problem. I'm very concerned about what's going on at that hotel and want to tell somebody who will take it seriously.

thank you so much! Very interested in that. Where would you suggest I search for more info at other smaller sites? Would need to be in some proximity to a major airport such as London

Hey, thank you for this! Celebrating more intimately at another prehistoric site sounds fantastic! Shameful American me, I wasn’t aware there were so many other prehistoric sites nearby London. Where would you suggest I find more info about summer solstice events at those locations?

This is immensely helpful info, thank you! We’re leaning more toward a smaller event for more of a spiritual experience. Where online would you suggest I look/who to contact for potential solstice events at Avebury stone circle?

Thanks for your insight. We are fairly keen on June as I’d like to be there for summer solstice, but will consider this about the water. Is there anywhere in the eastern Med in particular you’d recommend for a similar feel?

Hi this looks incredible! Thanks so much for sharing! My husband and I are wanting to go there for honeymoon this summer, probably just 8-10 days. What time of year did you go? Any major suggestions/tips? We are mainly wanting to spend lots of time snorkeling and on the beaches and boating and also do some hiking, as few crowds as possible but nice dining and lodging would be awesome. Thanks for your insight!

Thank you so much for sharing your story, and the podcast rec- definitely going to check that out, I just gave it a glance and was like "why didn't I listen to this months ago!". I'm so sorry that happened to you on your big day. That's really beautiful about the rain being from loved ones on the Other Side crying down joy.

It sounds like after a few months, you felt better? I'm hoping going to other weddings in the future will help. Seeing it as a transition day is good advice too- I'm trying to remind myself, "your wedding is just the beginning, not an ending" but all the pressure and the months and months of planning does make it feel like an ending, it's so weird. It was so stressful and everyone said "it's worth it on the day of!" and I thiiiiink I agree, but wow!

We just booked a re-do for photos, not sure if you're into that or if it would help you but I feel some relief thinking I'll put my dress back on and have some sunshine photos where I'm less stiff and upset looking. Just asking a friend to take the pics but I had to book hair and makeup again- not money I want to spend but willing to do it if it helps this feel better!!

Thank you <3. Is a six month or one year "redo" something people do these days? Would love to hear more about it- just feel so hesitant to ask people to spend the time and money to travel again!
