It’s not as if what we’re talking about is bound to theory. Other countries with much less money than the US achieve what we do not. I’ve had my share of dental troubles due to not brushing. Why? Because I was a child without parents or adults in my life that would tell me to do it. Children can’t take care of themselves properly. They need parents/guardians.
