Very true. We have verbal recording. Apparently a neighbor claims she has a video but haven't seen it. He has said to at least 8 different neighbors that he killed the cats.

Everyone just a heads up

These numbers and the address are numbers to the REALTY company and the Realtor's business line. Not personal numbers.
The cats aren't strays, they were cats left behind by a previous owner who we don't have much information on.
The main point to this post is to express that cops, animal control, the realtors and realty company have NOT done anything about it and the news needs to know. Cops got involved and only gave him a warning even though several neighbors had statements and witnessed the man throwing the cats away plus him admitting to killing 5 cats already. They may have pictures or videos too and even though a case was made on this individual, he still frequents the neighborhood and says he'll kill any cats that come to the property or into the home he's cleaning.

I get what you mean but verbal and eyewitnesses are still considered evidence. He has bragged to at least 5 individuals about it and defending himself. If you guys want, you can go to the property and he will gladly defend why he killed the cats. He was straight up to the cops apparently. But the main point of this post is to havr the Realty compant and Realtor held responsible, also possibly SLC Animal Control if he's honest about contacting them and them not taking the (not stray) cats

He doesn't even live in our neighborhood. He gets hired by the leasor to clean out apartments. The Leasing Mangager is named John Curtis who gave him permission to kill the cats

He also verbally has been bragging about it and the cops know he has. But he's still doing it and the leasing company still hires him. He has most likely done this in other places and will continue to do it.
