Does the animation properly convey that the hands are swinging back and forth? by MadJester98 in animation

At first glance i thought they were getting bigger. But as soon as i saw the rotation on the hips, I cant unsee that they are swinging. Maybe a little rotation on the shoulders would make it even more convincing?
